IS01 - ECC6.0 Solution Database Number Range

Hello SAP Guru's,

I'm working with transaction IS01 Solution Data base. The problem that I am having is the number range is not defined.

I proceeded to define the number ranges but continue to recieve this message.

I have applied SAP note: 0001069958 Error in Number_Range_Group_List to correct a short dump. But did not found any other related notes.

hi Ed ,

Its better you check your support packs.Also you need to check whether your TREX server is installed.Support pack 12 or above will be good enough for solution database to work.

IS TREX required to generate the data and create a record number in IS01 - Solution Database. I could be wrong but thought that TREX was only needed to Index.

Sorry for replying late ,you are correct with TREX server.I have narrowed down your problem, It might be because you have not defined the number ranges for the solution database,

you can define it by going to spro->CRM->Enterprise Intelligence->Solution Database->Basic Settings->Define Number Ranges.
