How to change fixed cell values with Macro

We are on SCM5.0.

I want to move values of Keyfig 1 to Keyfig 2.

Values of Keyfig 2 are fixed for some char combinations.

I want to change values of Keyfig2 even if these are fixed without changing fixing status for cells.

Please suggest.

HI Jayant,

when ever you copy a KF into another KF which has fixed values, fixed vues of KF2 will be replaced by KF1 values with out changing the fixing status..

there is no special setting required for this..

use the logic KF2= KF1

Thanks! But it is not working for me. My KF1 is BW Key fig (Fixing is not available) and KF2 is APO Keyfig.

Please suggest.

You need to make sure that when you point to the key figure to be changed in terms of fixed value in the argument, the "change scope" points to Fixed value.

even in my case also KF1 is not fixable and KF2 fixable..

even change scope need not be changed to " fixed values"...if changed, it copies only fixed values of KF1, which KF1 does not have as it is not fixable.

i dont why its not happening in your case...i tested it and working as oer your requirement ..
