Sent message in Service Desk have empty description

We have configurated the Service Desk sync feature, but Solution Manager don't have filled the description field.

Message appears in SLM site with empty description.

Have anyone fixed this?

hi,

have you checked the message in the transaction crm_dno_monitor .If not please check it inside the transaction data tab and then to overview tab and look for the description above the system data
