Purchasing group Responsible

Hi,

I want to make user xxxx responsible for xyz purchasing group.... can any one tell me what are the necessary steps to do it

Hi Sam,

in the transaction PPPMA_BBP you have two possibilities:

- you pull the user by drag & drop into the purchasing group

- you define directly the responsibility in the purchasing group: you go into the Purchasing Group xyz -> Tab Responsibility -> Organizational Responsibility -> choose P + the position of the user xxxx.

Hi Mohammad,

You just need to assign the user to corresponding (xyz) purchasing group node in the organizational structure. This you can do using transaction USERS_GEN.
