I want to be some fields mandatory in VL01N screen .Is there any way except SHD0 ?

HI,

Yes, U can do this by using incomplete procedure condition technique. Once u define tht and then please assign that procedure to deivery header level and item level..

In this process u can define what and all fields mandatory for delviery processing..

Hi,

standard sap's provision to handle the required fields are filled is through incompletion procedure. You may check at OVLK > select LF > you can see the incompletion procedure assigned and thus ensures at the del header the required fields are filled. Similarly for the del item cat also there is an incompletion procedure. SD > BF > Incompletion control.

steps for creating incompletion procedure

1) IMG>logistics execution-> shipping->basic shipping funtions->incompletion control for deliveries.

2) then define ur incompletion procedure

3) assign incompletion procedure 2 delivery type and del item category also if needed.
