Export Track to New NWDI System

We started development using one NWDI server. We now have a new NWDI server and want to migrate our tracks over to it. What is the best way to go about this?

We took the .SCA file for the ESS that had our customization in the old NWDI system. Then we tried importing it into the New NWDI system with the dependent components (EP_BUILDT, SAP_JTECHS, etc) and it imports into development ok, but there are several broken DCs. We think the broken DC are related to ones we customized.

Can an NWDI track be transported to another NWDI system using the method we used above?
