when i go to the sap-tcode sm59 show a connection type
connction to application server with same database
connection to R/3 system
connection R/2 system
strt an external program via snc or ppc
etc please when we are using this type connection .
and what is the use of the this type connections

2-INTERNAL CONNECTIONS
3-LOGICAL DESTINATIONS
4-TCP/IP CONNECTIONS
5-CONNCTION VIA ABAP/4 DRIVER
