PDS CREATION FOR KMAT MATERIAL

Hello APO gurus,

I have transferred the Master data required for KMAT material to APO creation of integration models for charactristic, class, material (kmat) , workcenter , plant.

I transferred the PDS and PDS can be seen in curto_simu tcode.

But only 'component ' tab is seen in the cuto-simu tcode.

For other apo matertials for which I have generated the PDS, I could able to see three tabs in curto_simu ---1.component, 2.activities and 3.operations.

APO gurus , please help me for resloving my mistake.

check you have BOMs and routings with prodiction version generated for that material and plant

Yes, you are correct.I have not updated the activity times in routing.Now I have updated the activity times in the routings and I have ciffed the same again to APO but still I am not able to see the three tabs in curto_simu.

Thanks a lot for your replies.

I want to update you regarding the issue.

I have deleted the PDS and then again done cif for corrected routing data, with activity times updated.

Now I could able to see the four tabs, in PDS in curto_simu-----

components,activities,operations and activity relationships.

I am marking my question as answered and closing my thread.

Have you populated the runtimes in your routings. If the machine/labor/set up times are blank in your operations, then they are not ciffed over to APO.
