Partial delivery

hi,

My sales order contain 5 items at the time of delivery 2 item got damaged customer saying that deliver me 3 items with bill but when i going to do PGI for 3 systems saying only PGI will be possible only after full picking

How to solve this problem?

Hi

If you have 5 items in delivery & trying to do PGI for 3 items, system will give this error.

Remove 2 items from delivery & then do PGI.

Hello,

The easiest way is to maintian the delivery quantity as 3 in the delivery document, then pick quanity 3 and do the PGI.

Hi Rahul,

This because of there is quantity difference between delivery quantity(i.e 5) and picked quantity (i.e 3)so

Please go to the delivery Through VL02N transaction then go to the Picking tab here you change delivery quantity from 5 to 3 then do the PGI system will allow.

Select the line items, give a reason for rejection and save the Order.
