Hello,
We have an internal FTP tool to check on the connectivity and is working fine. But, using XI it is giving error message as connection refused.
What would be the possible reasons? Have checked the credentials, looks fine.
All i get is connection refused error message
Hi,

Thanks,
Boopathi

Hi,
I think the ports or firewall is not open for the host of the XI box.
If your FTP server is on same network then you do not need to open it anyway.
You can use smartFTP tool to check the server access.

Please check with your network admin if the firewall port allowance is there for the XI host for port 21 (if FTP is used) or port 22 (for SFTP).
