Hi guys!!
I need your help to solve a problem with the shipping of our sales orders. We have a customer which has been set with 'C' 'Only complete delibery allowed' in the field 'partial delibery per item', but if a sales order is blocked because credit limit has been exceeded and we try to release the order, the system automatically set several schedule lines in the schedule lines tab of the sales order. I know afterwards the system will not allow us to delibery the order unless we ship the whole line, but Is there any way to avoid the system set more than one schedule line?
Thanks in advance for your answers
Hi Juan,
As per the standard system will create the schedulelines based on the material availability.
But when you create delivery you take last scheduleline conformed date as delivery creation date, now system will create single delivery for all schedulelines.
I hope it will help you,
Regards,
Murali.

Thanks for your quick answer but we use collective processing for delibery creation so we don't know the last schedule line conformed date. We deliber about 400 or 500 sales order a day and it's no feasable to check the conformed date for each sale order. Do you know any other way to manage the same with collective processing??
Thanks in advance!

In fact there wasn't a problem. Our client had observed that when you release the order the system set two schedule line and he thought that when they were going to be able to deliver the each scheduled line. The system set two schedule lines but afterwards, if the customer has set the chek for complete deliver only, it doesn't allow you to do it unless you change the schedule lines on the sales order.
Hi
How many schedules are created. Normally if the system couldn't confirm the stock on the Requested Delivery date, then it will create one schedule line with zero quantity for that requested del date. Since it is a complete delivery, it should have only one more schedule line. If you have only two schedule lines, then it is working fine. If not, pl check the sales order whether that complete delivery is determined or not.
Thanks,
Ravi
