Sub : Support Message : Pushbutton in Transaction CRMD_ORDER

Requirement :

When a user execute transaction CRMD_ORDER, Support Message Push Button automatically on the CRMD_ORDER order Screen's Application Tool Bar

Work Around :

Execute : CRMD_ORDER

Navigate : Extras --> Settings --> Specific -->In PushButton1 --> File SLFN

Continue - Support Message : Pushbutton appears.

Constrains :

We have a user base of 8500 End users and we want this Work Around solution will not fit for our requirement and we want the transaction execution should bring automatically the Push Button Tab.

I have the same requirement for 25.000 users !!!

You may use in SU01 / Personalisation / CRM_ONEORDER

But mainting 8500 user id's thru SU01 may be hectic activity.

In SU10 we can not do that.

How you did that for 25K users base.
