Version list in cv04n

Hi all,

I have a query in DMS, when I use CV04N to find out list of DIR's, it is showing those records with latest versions only. It does not show the older versions DIR.

hi poonam,

if you put only doc type and excute it , it will show you all version for the particular doc number.

Hi nitin,

I had checked this solution. Whenever I select doc. type, it is giving me list of records and those records which are having so many versions, for that, it shows me record with latest version. I want to view all versions for particular DIR in the output list.

hi poonam,

suppose gpr is our doc type, and it has doc 10000000130 while this doc has 01,02 ,03 04 version.

once you put the doc type as GPR in cv04n,

then it will give you the list of all version with doc no 10000000130.

If this is not your query then pls clarify me again.
