Social Securitt Cess(SS Cess ) - 1% of VAT

Hi Friends,

Any one have idea about the SS cess(Social security Cess ) which is 1% on VAT?

Is SSCESS is tax condition or Cess condition and it needs to be shown in the excise invoice?
