Hi,
I want some documents on various integration scenario's possible between SAP IS RETAIL, SRM, IS- AFS and Point of sales software from different vendors like Polaris, SAP.
WOuld appreciate your prompt answers.
Hi,
All the above systems are SAP products and XI provides comfortable integration with IS- Retail, or SRM, CRM etc.
You can communicate via IDOC, RFCs/BAPIs or at WAS level with ABAP Proxies. On SDN you can look for basic IDOC, RFC, PROXY relaetd scenarios that could be good for reference.
IS- Retail POS DM is a BW module, that can exist in your core BW application or be deployed as a separate BW system.
A connection between a source system and a BW system consists of a sequence of individual links and settings that are made in both systems.
(1) RFC connections
(2) ALE settings
(3) BW settings
XI -- SRM Integration

HI,
As I told you its dificult to get direct step by step scenario for IS-Retail, but it will be similar to the IDOC, RFC or Proxy communication.
Refer some real time scenarios

I hope this will help you.
