The use of PS text in WBS elements is that u can attach files or attachments to them like any PDF, Word or Excel etc.
so that important documents will be available everytime when you will open CJ20N. For example : If there is a WBS Element of Poles and say you have a customer ammendment in qty then you can scan that doc and attach to that particular WBS or u can simply write a note in the text area defined in the system.
