Hi Friends,
"LANDSCAPE FETCH " batch job getting failed on my Solution manager server with the following error message.
Job started
Step 001 started (program RSGET_SMSY, variant &0000000000000, user ID BACKGROUND)
The SLD server connection is inactive
Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
Please throw some light if any body have idea about that problem.I have searched in net but couldn't find proper information

Hi VInod,
Before scheduling this job make sure all the default job and post installation steps are configured properly, and check your SLD connection is working properly or not.
