Deleting orders of category BI and AH

Hi Experts,

Is there any Program to delete Orders of category BI and AH. We tried some programs like

/SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL

/SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER

/SAPAPO/RLCDELETE.

But we are not able to delete the category BI and AH.

When i tried with program /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER, I got a message saying that " No deletion of converted orders in Active version ".

Any suggestion are welcome.

You can delete only Distribution Receipts in APO but not their converted orders unless and until if they are created in APO. So please delete them in R/3. If those orders do not exist in R/3 then run delta report, it should take care of those orders in APO.

Hi Srini,

Please use OM16 to get the Internal Ids of your orders

and then use OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS to delete the orders.

Hi Srini,

As the number ranges for conrel and PO memo are assigned in R/3, it would be ideal to delete these orders in R/3 rather in APO. If you delete from R/3, the same will get deleted from APO as well.

Please try this and confirm.
