unable to change the status of correction

HI All,

we have created an urgent correction, A transport request under it. during transportion of the TR from DEV(satellite system) to QAS(satellite system) through Solution manager CHARM we got an error.later the error was solved.now in the correction action statuses we have recheck correction and withdraw correction.i want to recheck correction and proceed with further actions and tasks to move the TR to my PRD(satellite system) but when i click on recheck correction action nothing is happening (just remaining the same) can some one help me how to move out of this,as we need to move the TR to PRD system.

Hi,

Some times the recheck correction will not refresh properly.For the urgent correction remove the current processor and save,it will show a error-please enter current processor.Then enter the current processor and save.Hope this solves the problem.
