Scheduling SD billing on daily basis

Dear SD gurus,

I want to schedule the VF01 on daily basis. i.e. instead of user selecting the individual delivery number, the system should post the Billing entry for all deliveries during the day.

The only purpose is to save the time on selecting the delivery & posting the billing doc individually.

How can i do the same. Plz suggest.

If you need to reduce processing time, it is recommended that you process billing as a background task. TCode VF06

The billing due list can be processed in several runs. You can start several processes in parallel, which means that the total processing time will be reduced.

Alternatively, you can also run VF04.

Hi,

Please go to VF04 and please fill the sales org, ... details and then go to program menu bar there u click on Back ground then it will show output pop up screen, Press enter...

There u give date and time for creating billing and click on periodic like daily, weekly .. also then save..

So that every day on that time billing will be generated in back ground...
