table - alternating color

Hello,

How does VC decide whether to disply table in alternate colors or not? I thought, by table colors setting to - alternate colors but apperantely not.... Even after setting it to alternate colors, at runtime it displays in same blue color!!!

example:

Hi Dharmi,

The DesignTime and the RunTime are not fully aligned in VC 7.1.0. This is why you see color alternating in DesignTime and not in RunTime.

You stated you set some color alternating configuration, where exactly did you configured this behaviour?

Hi Udi,

I am using version 7.1 with SP6. You can set the table colors properties in Configure (table ->configure) to "Alternating colors". It does work for most of the table but not for some?!?

I'm sure this is not the solution for your problem, but I noticed that this property effects only the Flex runtime.

Well that is not true, since I am using HTML version and it does have effect there as shown / attached in the screenshots.

Hi Dharmi,

As for today, we support "alternating colors" only for readOnly Grids (@ RunTime).

I hope that in the near future we will enable this for Editable Grids as well.
