Delivery without Order

Hi Guru,

This is Madhusudhan can any body tell me a scenario creating delivery without Order. But i was some what ware about it creating delivery with Document type LO.

Please help me.

Hi,

In some companies, with the material they issue a quality cretified sample, this will be checked at the destination. For issuing these samples, you can use delivery without order reference with transaction VL01NO. The delivery document type is LO.

Yes, You can create Delivery without order.

Theere are many scenarioos Some are

1. When u want to send some samples to your customer at that time he doesnt give you order,

2. In case of donation and charity.

3. Free Goods Which is delivered Separately,

In all this scenario you can create delivery without order.

Use T-Code VL01NO.
