Hello All,
I have implemented service desk function with e-mail automation sucessfully. But, we have requirement to deliver e-mail with "message priority" information.
I have used smarform "CRM_REMINDER_MAIL_01" which is currently sendmail to "message processer" and and reported by person. This smartform is not sending priority of message. I am told the smartform "CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01" will do the job, but when I use this smartform, I could not send message and I am warned with error "INCORRECT CALL FUNCTION".
Any help is much appriciated.

I use Solution Manager 4.0, but I had the same action in SolMan 3.2 and never had the error you have.
Is that what you are using?
