Is it possible to install a temporary license again for SAP Web AS?

Hi Friends,

Current, we use temporary license of SAP Web AS for development purpose, but now the temporary license is expired.

Is it a possible for us to install another temporary license again?

Before installing new license in the visual administrator by Server 0 ® Services ® Licensing Adapter. We deleted the existing temporary license (already expired), then reinstall temporary license failed.

Is the failure caused by deleting the existing temporary license?

Jason,

"Temporary" license means something specific. If one could go on reinstalling the same "temporary" license it would become "pseudo-permanent", right?

I suggest you contact some sales guy at SAP for this topic.

You could probably find a way yourself to crack it, but this is something I wouldn't recommend.

Hello

We have a problem of performance on our server of production with BW. to test on another server our configuration, we have to make a system copy of our production.

We have restart our copy with the Same SID and sap BW started well.

Regrettably after only 4 days of test we had the message " the temporary license is expired. "

We cannot generate a new temporary authorization, nor a new authorization because SID is the same.
