what is the use of NWDI required components SAP_BUIDLT and EP_BUILDT and SAP_JTECHS

You are missing one SAP_JEE.

All tracks in NWDI need 3 components that mimic the core components of the target system, JTECHS, JEE and BUILT.

The SAP_BUILDT si required in all and is used for building in the track but should never be deployed to the target system, This is the same with EP_BUILDT for portal components when required.... they need a little bit of 'special' building not in SAP_BUILT I imagine.

SAP_BUIDLT and EP_BUILDT and SAP_JTECHS contains standard jar file. these are act as a library support for DC's.

they contains standerd java API exposed as sda and api public parts. so it can be used efficiently in DC structure.
