Geneate Sales Report

Hi Team,

Please guide me n generating a regular report for : the client requirement is to genrate a fortnightly report of all sales volumes with the relavent SPs in it along with the Net Value .

How should a functional spec be generated by me for the developer in order to generate a custom transaction for the same?

First try to understand that really abap development needed or not?

If your client can get sales report thru -

VC/2

MC+E

VF05

There will be no need of preparing special report.But If not then you will have to give table names & filed names to ABAers thats nothing but preparing fun specs.

- VC/2 (here you dont have the option to define the period)

- MC+E

- VF05

Hi,

Its a custom report that which i am suposed to generate for the client .

This report shall be run by them fortnightly for various analysis.

Would want to avoid using these transactions and generate it and instead have a T-code for this report.

Can someone help me ?

Dear suman

This is the first time I am hearing that someone is saying standard TCode not required but the reports needs to be developed.

What I would highlight is that as for as possible, please go for standard reports and wherever standard is not addressed, you can develop reports on your own.
