HI GURUS,

WHILE I AM SAVING SALES ORDER SYSTEM THROUGHING ERROR

SAYING GL ACCOUNT MISSING

THE ABOVE ERROR I AM GETTING WHEN I AM TRYING TO GET COST CONDITION TYPE EK01 IN SALES ORDER that is by performing PRODUCT COSTING IN CONTROLLING MODULE

I have checked all SD related settings related to GL account assignment

i.e.

VKOA where you can see list of tables. By selecting the required one and ensure that the combination of Application - V, Condition Type - KOFI, the respective G/L account is assigned

I HAVE CHECKED ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT AT ITEM LEVEL OF SALES ORDER

BUT I AM UNABLE TO TRACE THE PROBLE

IS THE PROBLEM IN SD SETTINGS? OR IN CONTROLLING SETINGS? OR IN PP SETTINGS?

Hi Munichandra,

T o solve this problem goto

VKOA where you can see list of tables. By selecting the General 4th Table ensure that the combination of Application - V, Condition Type - KOFK and the respective G/L account is assigned

This error is because the EK01 Condition type is a Cost Condition type system will be linked with the Controlling.

The Condition type KOFK in VKOA is a Condition type for Controlling .

I think this will solve your problem.

hi,

Are u using KMAT materia?

if yes teh sales order requires costing, hence u have to do the account assignment with KOFK

do the assignment with KOFK & try again

Hi!

Since you are dealing with Controlling, in VKOA you have to maintain the G/L account assignment for the Condition type KOFK instead of KOFI.

KOFI- Account Assignment without Controlling

KOFK-Account Assignment with Controlling

This will solve your problem.
