SALES DOCUMENT/REVENUE A/C DET.

Good Evening to ALL,

I came across the issues like,plz. help to find out the answers,

1.How do we know that a particular sales document is in open status, without checking the update flow ( field in

sales order screen)

2.Can we do revenue a/c det only with condition type and account key

Hi,

1) which ever way you want to find a sales document is open or not is based on the processing status thats stored in VBUK - document header status Table. A sales doc is open till all of its items are completely delivered. You can also go to the sales document in VA02 > select from menu Go to > header > status OR run VA05 report and it will show open sales documents.

2) a minimum of condition type, acc key and chart of accounts is a must to do revenue account det. Because the GL accounts you assign belong to this Chart of Accounts. Apart from this from business point of its imp to know based on what parameters do they want to carry out revenue postings.

Hello,

1. You can go to sales Document Environment --> Sattus overview. You can see the header and indicidual item level status.

2. No.. you can't have revenue account determination only based on condition type and account key.
