Execution Services??

Dear Experts!.

Please tell me what is the business scenerio to use execution services ...how can we achieve this process.....

When I am making purchase requisition in execution service i am facing an error "the element "50011000" is not G/L Account ........from where this is picking this "50011000" element ....where as I have different Element in costing model.

Please tell me this is very urgent

Hi Smith,

G/L Account for material master comes from valuation class maintained in Accounting views of material master.

Hi,

Step1.Go to material master of that material. Note down the valuation class from Accounting1 tab.

Step2: Tcode OBYC. Go to Transaction BSX, double click on it.

And see what is maintained there. Surely it will be 50011000

Step3. Tcode FS00 (Take help of FI Consultant here) create the GL Account with balance sheet account radio button.

Thanks for such Explanation ......

but the element ,50011000, is not there ...when I am serching this element (KA03)..this has cost element category 43(Internal activity allocation )...

Please clear ...how can solve this issue.

hi,

Please talk to your MM And FI consultant for this.

This is a configuration problem with the automatic account determination.

Very difficult to explain in the forum elaboratly.
