57fc challan

when the 57fc form will trigger.... i mean in which t-code

will trigger this form..

and what is the use of this challan......

Hi Parthasarathi,

57FC is the document type used in SAP for 57F4 Challan.

57F4 Challan is generated for Subcontracting in Indian Context.

By rule, while sending excisable material outside the factory premises for jobwork, the material has to be sent along with 57F4 Challan document.

The document essentially will have details of Subcontracting Purchase Order, Material Document with reference to which material is being moved to Subcontractor, Material Code, Quantity, Unit of Measure and Assessable Value. Also scrapping or wastage provision if any, has to be mentioned.

The document remains open till the material is received back. Once the material is received, Challan is reconciled with received quantity and is closed.

In SAP, the following TCodes are available for 57F4 Challan.

J1IF01 Subcontracting Challan : Create

J1IF11 Subcontracting Challan : Change

J1IF12 Subcontracting Challans : Display

J1IF13 Challan Complete/Reverse/Recredit

J1IFQ Challan : Reconcile Quantity

J1IFR Subcontracting Challan Listing

Subcontracting Challan can be created with reference to the Material Document of movement 541.

i need some details in this challan.... i get some fields from std from for this challan (J_1I_57F4)..

but i need some more fields....

Hi,

The standard script form for 57F4 Challan does not fulfill our requirements completely.

Either we need to open the standard script and driver program through access key, or create a copy of the standard program assign it to the output message.

Anyway, SAP does not support output programs and scripts of CIN component much.

Once program and script is editable you can include or remove fields according to your requirement.

As far as chapter id, assessable value etc are concerned they should maintained for the material through J1ID.

Other details you can get from the referenced material document.
