Action on dialog request queue

In ECC6. SM51>Goto>Server Name>Information>Queue Information.

How to understand the request wait, and what action I can do?

Another question, if I find much high CUP time for DIAG processes in SM50, do I need increase DIAG processes number?

Please advise. Thanks so much.

too many users are doing too many things in parallel, they must wait for a free workprocess.

Yes, you can increase the number of workprocesses.

Increase the number of workprocesses by changing the instance profile through RZ10 and restarting the instance.

If the machine is already heavily loaded (you can see that in OS06) then you will need to either change the hardware to a more powerfull machine or add another application server.
