MM17 restriction by views

Hi,

I have a scenario

1.There is a role with only MM17 transaction.(all the objects except B_MASSMAIN) are deactivated in the role.

2.The above MM17 role is always clubbed with the roles which have MM02 transaction code.

My requirement is to restrict the change to material based on MM02 role

Eg: Suppose MM02 role has access to purchsing view then MM17 can only change materials of purchasing view but not of other view

I have run trace on this which displays that MM02 role is providing access to change the materials of other view(MM02 has only purchsing view) but my requirement is to apply restriction logic in MM17 role not in MM02 role.

I have tried 564712 OSS notes which says this can be implemented.

Any comments on this...?
