items in SOCO blocked

Hello all.

We have SRM 5.0 and the next problem.

We made a PO by SC with two items, the PO was deleted and the items returns to SOCO but one item is blocked. I can´t take for made a new PO, the other item is ok.

any suggestion?

Can you check the note 1134786? Its has other related notes.

Hi,

the mentioned note 1134786 has a lot of prequisite notes which correct most of the programming errors of BBP_GET_STATUS_2.

Also try the note 1123548 (including all prequisite notes) and retest the behavior afterwards.

Thanks, but my case is a direct PO (without BID), and the items in soco are blocked.
