Will anyone guide me the procedure how to define in sap system
Full points to the answer,
Hi
To My understanding your question is If the charectrestics Model is selected with value as Model A, It should show another charecteristics relevent for Model A. It should not show the charecteristics if Model A is not selected. If I am correct in understanding the question, the answer is
1) You may have to define independent charecteristic for realeted sub charecteristics of different models. (This can be in the same calss as where Charecteristcs Model is)
2) The new sub charectristics can be defined and assign a precondition with "SPECIFED", so this charecteristics will show up only when the relevent model is selected. Define the Values as optional, as if a different model is selected you may not be able to maintain values in this, but you can make the entry mandatory by assigning a selection condition. (ie if Model A is selcted, sub charecteristics of Model A must have a Value)
For eg
Charectristic MODEL has Values ModelA, ModelB and Model C
The Subcharecteristics for MODEL A has values Moedl 1, Model 2 and Model 3. Here you can assign the precondition and selcetion condtion, so that the sub charecteristics will only get displayed when you select model A. The selection condition will make this charecteristics a mandatory entry.
Hope the answer is elobarate. Please infrom if you have any queries. Provide reward if useful
Thanks
Sankar
