how to solve thiss system error.....i see that in Message monitoring....but i see a succesfull flag at the sender side in SXMB_moni..
any ideas

file adapter
1) With the User ID & Password mentioned in the File Adapter try to log in FTP Server
2)Check whether the FTP has space to accomodate the new file
Select the message ( System error) resend it and check in Sxmb_moni
Click on the small radio button beside your message with system error in Message monitoring,then select "Details" ,it will open a page where u can see the audit log.
Try to fix that error in audit log and run the scenario again

System Errors are generated by system for which i don't think we have control..But You can raise some alerts or exceptions i guess.

Ofcourse we have control:)
we have control over each and every step in integration.
a very simple example can be modules used in adapter,if your module fails you will get system error(as i was having in some of my seeburger modules).

Thanks for the info. In our project we raised some alerts when ever we face some error like server shut down..that's what i assumed that way..
i do see there are errors in my file adapter...its corrected...Thank you guys
Oh yeah definitely,thats what even we do,raise alerts in case there is any error in IE or AE.
actually my response was ragarding the control we have over message processing,sorry about the communication gap
