SRM Shopping cart reports

I need some shopping cart reports that will tell me what is still awaiting approval and rejected and deleted. The report I ran

BBP_BW_SC2 provides a list of carts that are awaiting approval but when looking up the items they are rejected or deleted and not truly awaiting approval

You can check monitor shopping cart(BBP_MON_SC) transaction. That is also helpful.

Can you tell me how to show all rejected carts? I ran several reports but they all show awaiting approval but when i drill down into the cart it is rejected.

You can check these in 2 places. One under monitor shopping cart and the other in "Check status" by selecting drop down field.

Yea that would be per cart and i would have to drill down into each cart to see the status. SAP cant do any better than that.

Hi John,

I tried the report BBP_BW_SC2 and selected the status as I1015. I could see the carts having status awaiting approval.

The important thing to note is the header status of the cart which is dependent on the item status.

If a sc has 2 items and if all the items have been rejected, header will not have the status as rejected, but will show 'In your box'. If one of the items is rejected and if the other is approved, SC status would be awaiting approval. Kindly check which criteria suits you well.

In monitor SC, you should be able to see the status. But still as Ashwin stated, there are some hurdles, so approach for a customized solution. Another option will be a BI reports.

Hi. SRM has very few reports and they are not great.

We have often copied them to create new ones to improve upon, and create new ones from scratch.

Also, BW has some good reports if you have that?
