Hi all,
I have a requirement to transport a SAP standard program from a development server to a quality server. The problem is that the patches applied to the systems were not synchronized. That is, the patch applied to the quality server was not applied to the development server, Hence different versions of the program exist in the 2 systems. Could anyone help me in providing a program such as the one used to transport text objects or is there any other way??

What an undesireable situation, how could this have happend? There is no workaround, you should not transport that standard program alone, as the fix applied there might be integrated with fixes in other objects, so you lose the overall system integrity.
Bring DEV up to the same patch level as QA as soon as possible.

Just create a transport request and add the program manually.
