what document will updated when u do pgi

HI,

As soon as u do pgi as per my knowlege material document will be created and inverntory updation will happen. Apart from that any other document will be created. If what all those documetns...

Hi,

When you do the PGI the stock will get reduced from the inventory and billing due list will get updated.

You can see the same from VF04.

If you want to see the accounting documents created when you do the PGI,

For this

Go to the document flow of the delivery, select the material document number and click on display document --> click on the accounting document button on top, you may see the accounts which are getting updated

The goods issue posting results in creation of the following documents:

(1) Creation of a Material Document

(2) Creation of an Accounting Document

(3) Creation of a Goods Receipt/Issue Slip

Apart from material document, the system will create an accounting document which will update the Inventory account and Cost of goods sold account.

Hi

Apart from Material document, accounting document also will be created... this will be depends on MM accounting configurations....

Accouting doc will update the stock by value.... Say XXX INR

Material doc will update the staock by UoM.... Say YYYY Kg

You can see this from the Material document itself... click on the button accounting doc on that...
