Transaction ER31

Hello.

Using ER31 u2013 Regional Structure Political to maintain elements is there any way to manually attribute the code (ex: DDCC000) to the element created?

The standard SAP allows the creation of a new element, but doesn't allow the manual attribution of an external numbering, even if in SPRO we defines the numbering gaps using external numbers.

SAP allows this way to create the element, record (leaves transaction) and when accessing again to the transaction the element already has a code (ex: 1010012)

Is there any way to create the element and at the same time attribute manually a code to that element?

Thanks!

Hello,

System generates those numbers automatically and picks this number from the T.code ERN1 and even upto my knowledge we can't create manually. The number signifies the text that what we had given to the hierarchy.

Even for to create manually also, there are no related user exits for it.
