Regards,
J.SRUTHI
Hi,
Whenever any consultant does any customization in developement or quality server it has to pass to the next server, i.e. from Developement to Quality and From Quality to Production, and when you have to pass these data you have to create a trasnsport request.
Use t-Code SE09 For releasing the Trasnport request.
For further clarification you can refer to

Hope this will help.

Thanks,

Hi Sruthi,
Generally we release transport requests when we move from one server to another.
Like when you are moving transports to Quality system, then you have to release your transports.
But you should be able to recognize which are required to release.
Thank you

furthur to that, a Request would have a child request. So when you are in SE09 and you see all the requests, you need to first release the child request and only after that you can release the main request.
Also, if more than one user ID's have saved their objects in the same main request, then the respective persons have to release their requests before the main request can be released.
