Requirement of Hold Button for BUYERS in SC

Hi ,

Our client Requirement is they need hold button while approving the Shopping Cart. Is that possible to get/Activate the Hold Button in the Shopping Cart?

No standard solution. You have completely customize saplbbp_sc_ui_its_150.html for the service BBPSC03 which actually calls BBPSC01.

Take a look at this program LBBP_SC_UI_ITSFB4 which is the base program which supplies details whether the button should be displayed or not. Write your logic, like if the transaciton is "BBPSCO4", then also display this "Hold" button. Plus you need to care of the side effects it may produce because you trying something which is not std.

Hi. Why do they want to hold it? If they just leave it in their inbox it will effectively be held for later.

Hi, This is our client's requirement to add Hold Button while approving the Shopping Cart in case they do any changes in SHopping Cart , they will save those changes.

Hi. I am not sure if that will be possible.

When a cart is on hold it is not in the approval process and the cart can then be picked up from shopping cart status BBPSC04 and approval started later.

If the approver put the cart on hold it would effectively be going all the way back to the beginning.

Maybe someone else can think of something though?
