Hello,

You can reject the Quotation by giving the rejection reason or we can delete the quotation by using VA22 tcode.

And also please tell me what impact it will put if the sales quotation and sales order was approved earlier.

There will not be any impact but if you have already issued a quotation document (output) to the customer then may be we can't cancel and legally we need to bind to give the same price or etc.

I was trying to insert reason for rejection and also tried to delete the approved quotation but it is not allowing me to do so.

Go to VA22 enter document number and click on sales document in main menu and press on delete to delete the quotation.

Upto my understanding, we cant reject an approved sales quotation if an order was raised based on the quotation.
