We've got Solman 4.0 Service Desk scenario implemented in our company. I've just carried out the Email notification sending config. It was pretty easy thanks to SDN. Now I have another issue to be resolved. It is about sending notification by BP's RML address to allow he or she to receive it in backend SAP system.
As far as I'm concerned issue could be resolved with using workflow as action processing type. I,m new in WF definition so could you please provide me some information on how is it to be carried out. The problem is to pass data from BUS2000116 to WF and organize notification with this data to be send to support message reporter.
