Hi,

If we are going for rollout project, what type of localization issues we will get?and what regularity concerns or requirements need to follow?

Hi;

Localaization issues may vary from country to country, but generally, you may find legal issues, interms of the Invoice format. You may have to procure the invoice numbers from the govt of a country, Thailand is an example here. In TH we need to get the Invoice numbers from the govt and we need to use only them.

Taxes are another area where you might encounter localisation.

Let us know the countries you are looking at and we can probably find more info.

Hi,

In a roll out sceanrio, these are the general issues:

1) Taxation.

2) Like already mentioned, some countries might have to receive the invoice nos. from the Govt.

3) Some countries may not allow delivery split or combining mutilple orders into a single Delivery.

4) Localization needs to be taken care--specific add ons for each country.

5) Language specific requirements--Translations and stuff.

6) If its EU, and if sales happens across borders--the INTRASTAT & EXTRASTAT needs to be taken care.

Hi Sunny,

The major issues and the concerns are taxations, since the taxes are legally bound..Tou need to carefull while cofiguring the condition types for taxes.This is from SD point of view.
