Ok. But how these costs are being shown in the business report?

can i get some reading material on these?

Hi,

Yes they are identified by the separate cost element.

Primary costs are identified by the Primary cost element

Secondary costs are identified by the secondary cost elements.

There are many threads based on the same discussion, i could find one of them for your quick reference:

hope its useful.

thanks.

Hai

If your business process is mapped like to create PR, PO , CATS entry and confirming the actuals in MIGO , CATS - u can very well see the Primary costs and secondary costs in the tables - COSP (primary costs) - COSS (secondary costs) and how these costs are getting into actuals -COEP.

In COSP - COSS - check the value type (WRRTP) - like

04 - actuals

20 - PR commitment

21 - PO commitment

Cost element can be differed based on ur business requirement or can be same.

ENJOY SAP
