Hi Experts,
While login in SLD,RWB as well as Integartion Builder,
I am getting the error i.e.
"Authorization error; unknown user name or incorrect password " though the user id and password is correct.
I have checked the authorization and that is ok as well as I am able to telnet. So, I think the port is open.
Thanks & Regards,
Amit Mandal
there can be three reasons for this....
1. user name or passwords being provided is incorrect:
--> check for caps lock
--> which user are u using..... like for pi 7 it would be "pirwbuser" and xi 3 it would be "xirwbuser" ,, confirm user names from basis team
2. secondly,, the user might be locked... to check this, try to login using sap gui with the same user and password..
3. user names and there respective passwords are stored in exchange profile and visual admin,, a change there may be a reason,, do check with your basis team on this as well...
--- do let us know of any further happenings
