Sales Pricing.....?

Good Morning Experts.........

I am doing sales pricing after Easy cost planning from Project Builder ..........I find a error "NO ORDERING PARTY Exist in project PS.001"......The details of error is given below---

No ordering party exists in project PS.0009

Message no. VPK1121

Diagnosis

The system cannot carry out sales pricing for one of the following reasons:

No partner is defined for the sold-to party partner role in the project.

The sold-to party has not been created in the sales area specified for the sales pricing.

System response

Sales pricing is not possible.

Procedure

Go to the project definition and maintain a partner for the sold-to party/> partner role.

If necessary, you must also create the partner in the sales area specified in the project definition for the sales pricing.

I have defined Partner Determinatin procedure in Project System and calld that in Project defintion ...

Please clear me ...where is the problem ........

Did you entered Sold to party in the Partner Tab of Project definition.

I have maitaind sold-to-party and other customer related things in project definition and WBS--then i am facing a new problem-

NO Expenditure Item Found

Message no. VPK1310

Diagnosis

No expenditure items matching the selection were found.

System response

No processing possible.

Procedure

Resource-related billing contains no expenditures for the posting timeframe you specified. Specify a different timeframe.

In the case of quotations, there are no costs in the project or service order. Check whether any have been planned.

What shold I do

Hi,

Please perform cost element wise planning. Then this error will be resolved and ensure that you should only perform the planning under the cost elements those you have maintained under the cost element group you maintained in DIP Profile.
