BPM Not Updating

Former Member

Hi All,

I have created a BPM with a transformation step in it, now when I am trying to change the Interface Mapping in the BPM the new mapping is not getting updated. The BPM is still reffering the old mapping.

*I have tried the following solutions:

1) sxi_cache is updated.

2) Return code of BPM is 0.

3) Cache Notifications are working fine.

4) Cache Connectivity Test is also done.

5) All the Agreements and Determinations are checked.*

The server that I am working on is a Discovery Server.

Please help me out with this.

Thanks,

Abhishek.

Hi Vijaya,

The only difference between the old mapping and the new mapping is their names, the old mapping was not according to naming conventions and hence had to create the new mapping. Hence the abstract interfaces wont change(if I am not wrong). Also if I remove the transformation step, then also the BPM is referring to the mapping.

Thanks,

Abhishek.

Hello ,

Your BPM instance being used is from the previuosly activated BPM . u can try deleting such instances from SWWL tcode or else try deploying and activating the BPM from SXI_CACHE!! It should solve u r problem

Hi,

Go to TCode SWWL and delete all the bpm instances with Error. Re-import the BPM in ID and activate it again. It will work.

Thanks

HI,

while creating new IM in IR activate this with your software compnent

right Click on the BP object in the IR and activate it select SWC also with this and activate

then make a full cahe refresh either BY t code SXI_CACHE

or In IR go to environment and make a full cache refresh

or through URL

http://<host>:5<sys#>00/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

If all these are not useful try to create a new IP. that will help you.

Thanks

hey,

Check the abstract interfaces you have mentioned for your Sender and receiver container elements....

The interface mapping should be between these two..

Thanks,

Vijaya,

Reward if helps..
