Former Member

We have a CTS+ on SM7.0 to handle one EP7 landscape's tp route:

EPD->EPQ->EPP ( 1st tp route)

Now we want to use the same CTS+ to handle a new EP7 landscape:

JDV->JQA-JPR (2nd tp route)

Both landscapes are JAVA only.

We do not how to add the 2nd tp route to above CTS+.

Would you please help. Thanks!

Hi,

It is really simple. As you have added other landscape in solman, do the same. when you create a routes, do the same as well. for example, you already have a route of

EPD > EPQ > EPP

same way, add your new system

D > Q > P.

You will two different lancscape that's all.

I hope this will help you.

Thanks,

I tried that before I opened this thread but failed.

You can try yourself.

This problem is that if you configure the 2nd landscape in an independent route, all 3 systems

in the 1st landscape will be come single systems (i.e. the 1st route will vanish).

Seems STMS only allow one single route exists.

Please try to see what I say.

Thx!

Hey Jones,

Were you able to resolve this issue??? I need your help. Since you have configured already, I'm stuck and confused in middle of CTS+ config. I have done the following configuration. Please help me out.

1. Deployed "Deploy Proxy" in SOLMAN (DC), EP1, EP2, EP3

2. Configured HTTP connection in solman in sm59 CTSDEPLOY. Pointing to EP1.

3. Created a Logical port in LPCONFIG.

4. Everything looks perfect as needed in SE11 about SI_RQ_APPL_NAME database table

5. CTS_BROWSER activated in solman

6. ROUTES: EP1 > Consolidated route to EP2 using ZCTS transport layer. and then from EP2 > to delivery route to > EP3.

6. Profile: I have the following Parameter.

DEPLOY_URL = http://solman:50118

NON_AVAP_WBO_CLIENT = *

TRANSDIR = /USR/SAP/TRANS

COMUNICATION_SYSTEM = SMP

CTC = 0

DEPLOY_DATA_SHARE=/USR/SAP/TARNS/DATA

DEPLOY_WEB_SERVICE=CTSDEPLOY

NBUFFORM=1

NON_ABAP_SYSTEM=1

NON_ABAP_SYSTEM-1

TP_VERSION=371

7. usr/sap/trans are shared between SOLMAN > EP1 > EP2 > EP3.

Now the problem is when I launch the ctsbrower from EP1 and create a transport and release, it releases fine. but when I try to import into EP2. It gives me the following error.

RC-12

Internal communication error with destination CTSDEPLOY

ERROR_WEBSERVICE_RUNTIME_INIT Error when instantiating the web service runtime (No logical port 'CTS

>>> DEPLOY' exists for the proxy c lass 'CO_TFLDEPLOY_PROXY_VI_DOCUMENT')

Is there anything I'm missing? My solution manager is on STACK 13 and EP systems are on stack 14.

Thanks,

Hi,

How about if you start the 2nd route from Domain controller to > D > Q > P ?? Meaning, from Domain controller, you have old D > Q > P. FROM DC, two routes. Does it make sense?
