how to transfer to a different department or major

When a student transfer to a different department or major, the dealing process is as below.

Input u2018programu2019 of the input field of u2018new programu2019 -> select u2018create registrationsu2019 of u2018change of programu2019

-> input additional data in u2018create registration dialogu2019 -> save

I woner there are any other ways to process this transaction.

Also, I want to know examples of u2018no registrations u2018and u2018transfer registrationsu2019

With EHP3, there is also a student self-service web interface to request a change of major/program. Then, the approval s are routed through the academic department. Once it gets final approval, the change is just made in the system automatically.
